Hello,

We use QB Premier 2005 in our Manufacturing company. In our sales order we added two other custom collums. When I export the Sales Order, they don't show up in the Excel file. In the sample company file it looked like it would. What do I need to do to get these columns exported? I just purchased the software and these 2 columns is what I really need.

Thanks,
Knut

Good news. We just added this support for you in build 2.008. To get this build use the link below or click About/Check for Updates in the program.

I have several custom fields setup.  I recently added a new one and TPE is not finding the new custom field.  Is there something I need to do after adding new custom fields for them to show up in TPE? Using TPE 3.0.

There are issues with using more than 5 custom fields for items or 7 custom fields for customers for Enterprise 10. Intuit has not updated the programming interface (QBSDK) that developers use and there are other issues.

Look under the bulleted points for QuickBooks 2010 Compatible including Enterprise 10* which points to this link: http://www.baystateconsulting.com/products/enterprise10disclaimer.htm

Thank you...that answers my question...it is the 8th custom field that is not showing up...the other seven do.  Hopefully, quickbooks will fix this soon.
