I've been using the demo version of TPI5.0 to test prior to purchase. Today I started getting this error message when trying to load today's test file:
Error in frmGenie: Function LoadFileExcel2... Line: 20379 Record is too large. (Error #3047) The file only has 9 lines of data and is no larger than any other file I've used before. What does the error message mean and how do I fix it? Thanks.

I would try cutting and pasting the data that you want to import into a new workbook.
