Markup Field in Credit Card Expenses?

I'm not seeing an ability to map the markup field for credit card expenses. Am I missing it? If not, could it be added?

	Unfortunately Intuit has not provided support for the markup field in the developer interface for QuickBooks Online so we cannot add this field.
