Transaction Pro calculates the loan amortization schedule based upon the terms of the loan.

If you have your invoice amounts already calculated in excel you could use Transaction Pro Importer to import these transactions in QuickBooks.
If you need a tool to calculate the principal and interest and generate invoices then you should take a look at the Custome Loan Manager.
