When I try to import transaction type "Bill", I get error 20811. I have read the other posts for this error about email addresses but I don't have the "print" set to anything so can anyone help me figure out why else I may be getting this error?

Update to the latest version of the software by clicking About/Check for Updates.
Next click options and turn on the troubleshooting log. Attempt your import and the log should come up. Look to the end of the log and you should find the cause of the error.
