Our company is using 01 Transaction Pro Import Wizard, v. 2.0 to import data into QuickBooks. It was working fine for few years. However, today we were unable to run the import process due to the following error which happens every time when we go to the field mapping page of the Wizard: 01 Transaction Pro Import Wizard Path not found. Error occurred at line: 12010 Error occurred at line: 12010 The line number varies every time, for example, it could be 12760. We regularly install QuickBooks update. We wonder if the error was caused by one of the recent update. We checked that the mapping files are presented, rebooted both server and client computers. Nothing seems to help. Also, we’ve tried to import one of the old files, previously successfully imported, and got same error message. Please advise. |

TPI 2.0 was only tested up until QB 2008. Also 2.0 will not work with Windows 7. A possible cause for this error is the inability for TPI 2.0 to read from the folder where the map is stored. Try remapping the fields and clicking SAVE MAP and choosing a new folder. |
