CLM was not designed to be multi-user. There is a data file named CLM.mdb in the program folder that stores this info.
 
It's possible we could customize the software for you to run and read this file from a network location but this would most likely require at least a few hours of programming cost.

Hello,
 
This is a stupid question i'm sure but here it goes:
 
We have 3 users that use Customer Loan Manager Pro on three different machines. They access Quickbooks on a shared company file on the network but it appears whatever is done in CLM is stored on their local machines as the users cannot see what work the others have done. Is there anyway to remedy this? I couldn't find an option to change the location of where any files / databases are stored in the program.
