LIne: 3646 Overflow, Error #6

Seeking help understanding the cause of the following error:
 
 
Dialog Box Header, "Error in frmGenie: Function ValidateFG3.
 
Message:
Line: 3646 Overflow
(Error #6).
 
 
I receive the following error message as I move through the import screens for a "Bill".  Error occurs when I select "Next" button on the import file configuration screen (column headers are "QuickBooks Fields", "Import File Columns" and "Static Value").
 
I have been using the same import file format for 60 days and never encountered an error.

Try restarting your PC. If it persists try changing your Windows Virtual Memory Setting to "System Managed Size". Search windows help for "Virtual Memory" for instructions on how to do this.

Rebooting did not eliminate the error (server version).  Can you suggest alternative?

How many rows are in your import file?
Did you change the virtual memory settings?

13 Rows in file.
I thought my Network resource had changed the settings but he has not yet completed.  I will retry once those settings are changed.

Modifications to the Virtual settings did not eliminate the error.

Appears to be a bug in 3.0. Workaround is to limit the memo field character for this transaction type to no more than 130 characters. I think you have 145 here.

We stopped making code changes to 3.0. The solution would be to upgrade to 4.0 Server. My guess is the bug will be there as well but at least we can correct it and issue a no charge update. Contact sales at baystateconsulting.com for pricing on upgrading from 3.0 to 4.0 Server.
