    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.BaystateConsulting.com/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=1870" rel="nofollow">looknow12</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> Quickbooks Customer Statements<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 03 February 2012 at 9:04am<br /><br />I am successfully importing customer invoice transactions into Quickbooks.&nbsp; One of the fields I import is the PO Field.&nbsp; Unfortunately, Quickbooks will display very little detail about the invoice on a customer statement and the statements don't appear to be customizable to the ability of adding a PO Field to the invoice line item.<br><br>I do notice if you select Show Invoice Item Details it will show the item description.<br><br>Would it be possible to append my data into the item description field?<br><br>Thanks, <br>]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.BaystateConsulting.com/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=1859" rel="nofollow">QBKaren</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> Bill Import Error: Notes record<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 01 February 2012 at 4:28pm<br /><br />We came out with the latest version of Transaction Pro Importer, Transaction Pro Importer 5.0, prior to QuickBooks 2012 coming out and we did implement a work around in Transaction Pro Importer 5.0 to adjust for Intuit's bug in the latest version of the QuickBooks API. &nbsp;You can read more on the developer forum at&nbsp;<a href="https://idnforums.intuit.com/messageview.aspx?catid=7&amp;threadid=16535&amp;highlight_key=y&amp;keyword1=notes" target="_blank">https://idnforums.intuit.com/messageview.aspx?catid=7&amp;threadid=16535&amp;highlight_key=y&amp;keyword1=notes</a>. &nbsp;Once Intuit fixes this bug this error message will go away. &nbsp;The transactions will post to QuickBooks you will just receive these error messages.<div><br></div><div>Transaction Pro Importer 4.0 does work properly with versions of QuickBooks prior to 2012. &nbsp;You are receiving this error message because you upgraded to QuickBooks 2012. &nbsp;We have also added a lot of new features which are &nbsp;also available in the <a href="http://www.baystatec&#111;nsulting.com/products/01TxnWizard5.htm" target="_blank">upgrade</a>.<br><div><br></div><div><br><div><br></div><div><br><div><br></div><div><br></div></div></div></div>]]>
